(1) Substation monitoring: In power systems, PLC is used for monitoring and control of substations. Through the PLC remote control system, the operating status of the substation can be monitored in real time, including current, voltage, temperature and other parameters, and remote control and fault diagnosis can be achieved.

(2) Traffic light control: PLC remote control system is also widely used in the control of traffic lights. By controlling traffic lights through PLC, automatic control of main road traffic lights can be realized, and the lighting time and sequence of traffic lights can be automatically adjusted according to traffic flow, thereby improving traffic efficiency and reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.

(3) Elevator control: In the elevator control system, PLC is used to control the direction and speed change of the elevator to achieve stable operation of the elevator. Through the PLC remote control system, the operating status of the elevator can be monitored in real time, including the elevator’s position, speed, load and other parameters, and remote control and fault diagnosis can be achieved.

(4) Water supply system control: PLC remote control system is also used to control the water supply system. By controlling the pressure of the water supply system through PLC, the stable operation of the water supply system can be achieved, and the operating status of the water pump can be automatically adjusted according to water consumption, thereby saving energy and improving water supply efficiency.

(5) Liquid mixing system control: In chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, liquid mixing systems need to accurately control the proportions and flow rates of various liquids. Through the PLC remote control system, precise control of the liquid mixing system can be achieved to ensure product quality and stability.
