Assurez-vous que le syst\u00e8me PLC dispose des fonctions de protection n\u00e9cessaires, telles que le bouton d'arr\u00eat d'urgence, la surtension, la surintensit\u00e9, la fuite et d'autres m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9tection et de protection de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>(2) <strong>D\u00e9tection des fuites et alarme<\/strong>: Dans les \u00e9quipements de dosage de gaz naturel, les fuites peuvent entra\u00eener des risques potentiels pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L'automate doit \u00eatre capable de surveiller et de d\u00e9tecter les fuites de gaz, et d'envoyer des signaux d'alarme \u00e0 temps pour prendre les mesures d'urgence correspondantes.<\/p>\n<p>(3) <strong>Contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit :<\/strong> L'\u00e9quipement de dosage du gaz naturel n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du d\u00e9bit de gaz. L'automate doit \u00eatre dot\u00e9 d'interfaces d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie analogiques (E\/S) correspondantes, qui peuvent lire et commander des capteurs de d\u00e9bit, des vannes et d'autres \u00e9quipements afin d'obtenir un r\u00e9glage pr\u00e9cis du d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n<p>(4)<strong> Contr\u00f4le de la pression :<\/strong> Dans les \u00e9quipements de dosage du gaz naturel, le contr\u00f4le de la pression du gaz est \u00e9galement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important. L'automate doit disposer d'une interface d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie (E\/S) analogique, capable de lire et de contr\u00f4ler les capteurs de pression, les vannes de r\u00e9gulation de la pression et d'autres \u00e9quipements afin d'obtenir un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la pression.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 style=\"--awb-margin-left:5%;\"><p>(5)<strong> Contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>: Dans le processus de dosage du gaz naturel, le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9galement essentiel. L'automate doit \u00eatre dot\u00e9 d'une interface d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie analogique (E\/S), capable de lire et de commander des capteurs de temp\u00e9rature, des r\u00e9chauffeurs et d'autres \u00e9quipements pour obtenir un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>(6) <strong>Enregistrement et suivi des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>: L'automate programmable peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour enregistrer et surveiller l'\u00e9tat de fonctionnement et les param\u00e8tres de l'\u00e9quipement de dosage du gaz naturel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'IHM (interface homme-machine) ou \u00e0 d'autres syst\u00e8mes de surveillance, il est possible d'afficher en temps r\u00e9el le d\u00e9bit de gaz, la pression, la temp\u00e9rature et d'autres informations, et d'enregistrer des donn\u00e9es historiques en vue d'une analyse et d'une optimisation ult\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>(7) <strong>Diagnostic des pannes et maintenance :<\/strong> L'automate doit \u00eatre dot\u00e9 d'une fonction de diagnostic des pannes, capable de d\u00e9tecter et d'alarmer les pannes de l'\u00e9quipement.
