style=\"--awb-margin-left:5%;\"><p>La pr\u00e9cision du mouvement des servomoteurs pas \u00e0 pas est li\u00e9e aux facteurs suivants :<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1) Angle de marche :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'angle de pas du moteur pas \u00e0 pas d\u00e9termine la quantit\u00e9 de rotation pour chaque pas.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l'angle de pas d'un moteur pas \u00e0 pas est de <strong>1,8 degr\u00e9 ou 0,9 degr\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des angles de marche plus petits permettent<strong> une r\u00e9solution plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un contr\u00f4le de position plus pr\u00e9cis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) Mode de conduite :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le moteur pas \u00e0 pas peut \u00eatre pilot\u00e9 par un pas complet ou un micro-pas.<\/p>\n<p>Les variateurs pas \u00e0 pas complets appliquent le courant directement aux phases du moteur, ce qui leur permet de se d\u00e9placer \u00e0 des angles de pas fixes.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les entra\u00eenements \u00e0 micropas, <strong>obtenir un mouvement plus r\u00e9gulier en appliquant des courants diff\u00e9rents entre les deux phases<\/strong>ce qui am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision des style=\"--awb-margin-left:5%;\"><p><strong>(3) Contr\u00f4le en boucle ferm\u00e9e :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le servomoteur pas \u00e0 pas combine les caract\u00e9ristiques du moteur pas \u00e0 pas et du syst\u00e8me d'asservissement, et peut r\u00e9aliser un contr\u00f4le en boucle ferm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En utilisant <strong>des encodeurs ou d'autres dispositifs de retour d'information sur la position<\/strong>La position du moteur peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et corrig\u00e9e en temps r\u00e9el, ce qui am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision du mouvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4) Performance du conducteur :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le pilote du servomoteur pas \u00e0 pas joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans la pr\u00e9cision du mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Les performances du conducteur comprennent <strong>courant de sortie, nombre d'\u00e9tapes de subdivision, m\u00e9thode de contr\u00f4le du courant<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Un courant de sortie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et des pas de subdivision plus nombreux permettent d'obtenir un contr\u00f4le de position plus pr\u00e9cis et des mouvements plus fluides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5) Charge et syst\u00e8me de transmission m\u00e9canique :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des facteurs tels que la <strong>la rigidit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision et l'erreur de retour<\/strong> de la charge et du syst\u00e8me de transmission m\u00e9canique affectera \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9cision du mouvement du servomoteur pas \u00e0 pas.<\/p>\n<p>Des charges plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et des transmissions m\u00e9caniques de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 peuvent
