Voici quelques probl\u00e8mes courants et des mesures pr\u00e9ventives.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Probl\u00e8me de mise \u00e0 la terre<\/h4>\n<p>Les exigences de mise \u00e0 la terre du syst\u00e8me PLC sont relativement strictes. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de disposer d'un syst\u00e8me de mise \u00e0 la terre ind\u00e9pendant et d\u00e9di\u00e9, et il convient \u00e9galement de noter que les autres \u00e9quipements li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'API doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre mis \u00e0 la terre de mani\u00e8re fiable.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me PLC utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une m\u00e9thode de mise \u00e0 la terre en un point. Afin d'am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de lutte contre les interf\u00e9rences en mode commun, la technologie de mise \u00e0 la terre flottante blind\u00e9e peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour les signaux analogiques, c'est-\u00e0-dire que la couche de blindage du c\u00e2ble de signal est mise \u00e0 la terre en un point, la boucle de signal est flottante et la r\u00e9sistance d'isolation avec la terre ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50M\u03a9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_4 Pr\u00e9vention des interf\u00e9rences<\/h4>\n<p>Outre les mesures de mise \u00e0 la terre, certaines mesures anti-interf\u00e9rences doivent \u00eatre prises lors de la s\u00e9lection de la conception du c\u00e2ble et de la construction de la pose :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le signal analogique est un petit signal, qui est facilement affect\u00e9 par les interf\u00e9rences externes, c'est pourquoi il convient d'utiliser un c\u00e2ble blind\u00e9 \u00e0 double couche ;<\/li>\n<li>Les signaux d'impulsion \u00e0 grande vitesse (tels que les capteurs d'impulsion, les cadrans de comptage, etc.) doivent utiliser des c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter les interf\u00e9rences externes et emp\u00eacher les signaux d'impulsion \u00e0 grande vitesse d'interf\u00e9rer avec les signaux de bas niveau ;<\/li>\n<li>La fr\u00e9quence des c\u00e2bles de communication entre les automates est relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il convient de choisir les c\u00e2bles fournis par le fabricant. En cas de faibles exigences, des c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s \u00e0 paires torsad\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Les lignes de signaux analogiques et les lignes de signaux DC ne peuvent pas \u00eatre achemin\u00e9es dans le m\u00eame emplacement que les lignes de signaux AC ;<\/li>\n<li>Les c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s entrant et sortant de l'armoire de commande doivent \u00eatre mis \u00e0 la terre et doivent \u00eatre directement connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement sans bornes de connexion ;<\/li>\n<li>Le signal CA, le signal CC et le signal analogique ne peuvent pas partager le m\u00eame c\u00e2ble, et le c\u00e2ble d'alimentation doit \u00eatre pos\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment du c\u00e2ble de signal.<\/li>\n<li>Lors de la maintenance sur site, les m\u00e9thodes pour r\u00e9soudre les interf\u00e9rences sont les suivantes : utiliser des c\u00e2bles blind\u00e9s pour les lignes perturb\u00e9es et les rec\u00e2bler ; ajouter des codes de filtrage anti-interf\u00e9rences dans le programme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_2_3 2_3 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:66.666666666667%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:2.88%;--awb-width-medium:66.666666666667%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:3.84%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:2.88%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-block\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-margin-left:5%;\"><h4>3. \u00c9liminer la capacit\u00e9 entre les fils<\/h4>\n<p>M\u00eame s'il s'agit d'un c\u00e2ble qualifi\u00e9, lorsque la longueur du c\u00e2ble d\u00e9passe une certaine longueur, la valeur de la capacit\u00e9 entre chaque ligne d\u00e9passera la valeur requise. Lorsque ce c\u00e2ble est utilis\u00e9 pour l'entr\u00e9e d'un automate, la capacit\u00e9 entre les lignes peut entra\u00eener un dysfonctionnement de l'automate. Si le point d'entr\u00e9e de l'automate n'est pas soumis \u00e0 une forte intrusion \u00e9lectrique, il ne sera gu\u00e8re endommag\u00e9. Le point normalement ouvert du relais de sortie PLC, si la charge p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique n'est pas court-circuit\u00e9e ou si la conception n'est pas raisonnable, le courant de charge d\u00e9passe la plage nominale, et la dur\u00e9e de vie du contact est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s longue.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque nous recherchons des points de d\u00e9faillance \u00e9lectrique, nous devons nous concentrer sur les composants \u00e9lectriques p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques de l'automate. Ne soup\u00e7onnez pas toujours qu'il y a un probl\u00e8me avec le mat\u00e9riel ou le programme de l'automate.
