dispersi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>1.<strong> Distancia de transmisi\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa distancia de transmisi\u00f3n de la fibra monomodo es mucho mayor que la de la fibra multimodo.<br \/>\nComo la luz de la fibra monomodo s\u00f3lo puede propagarse a lo largo del eje central, la atenuaci\u00f3n y la dispersi\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al pueden reducirse, con lo que se consigue una transmisi\u00f3n a mayor distancia.<br \/>\nLa luz de la fibra multimodo puede propagarse por diferentes trayectorias, lo que da lugar a <strong>gran atenuaci\u00f3n y dispersi\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al<\/strong>y la s\u00f3lo tiene un modo, puede alcanzar mayores velocidades de transmisi\u00f3n de datos.<br \/>\nLas fibras multimodo tienen m\u00faltiples modos de luz, lo que resulta en <strong>baja velocidad de transmisi\u00f3n de datos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Dispersi\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa fibra monomodo tiene menos dispersi\u00f3n que la fibra multimodo.<br \/>\nComo la luz de la fibra monomodo s\u00f3lo tiene un modo, puede reducir la dispersi\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al, con lo que se consigue una mayor calidad de transmisi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa luz de la fibra multimodo tiene m\u00faltiples modos, lo que da lugar a<strong> gran dispersi\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al y calidad de transmisi\u00f3n relativamente baja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De la comparaci\u00f3n anterior se desprende que la fibra monomodo es m\u00e1s resistente que la multimodo.
