A continuaci\u00f3n se indican algunos problemas comunes y medidas preventivas.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Problema de conexi\u00f3n a tierra<\/h4>\n<p>Los requisitos de conexi\u00f3n a tierra del sistema PLC son relativamente estrictos. Lo mejor es disponer de un sistema de puesta a tierra dedicado independiente, y tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta que otros equipos relacionados con el PLC tambi\u00e9n deben estar conectados a tierra de forma fiable.<br \/>\nEl sistema PLC utiliza generalmente un m\u00e9todo de puesta a tierra en un punto. Con el fin de mejorar la capacidad de interferencia de modo anti-com\u00fan, la tecnolog\u00eda de tierra flotante blindada se puede utilizar para se\u00f1ales anal\u00f3gicas, es decir, la capa de blindaje del cable de se\u00f1al se conecta a tierra en un punto, el bucle de se\u00f1al es flotante, y la resistencia de aislamiento con la tierra no debe ser inferior a 50M\u03a9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_4 1_4 fusion-flex-column\" Prevenci\u00f3n de interferencias<\/h4>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las medidas de puesta a tierra, deben tomarse algunas medidas antiinterferencias durante la selecci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o del cable y la construcci\u00f3n del tendido:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La se\u00f1al anal\u00f3gica es una se\u00f1al peque\u00f1a, que se ve f\u00e1cilmente afectada por interferencias externas, por lo que debe utilizarse un cable apantallado de doble capa;<\/li>\n<li>Las se\u00f1ales de impulsos de alta velocidad (como sensores de impulsos, relojes contadores, etc.) deben utilizar cables apantallados para evitar interferencias externas y evitar que las se\u00f1ales de impulsos de alta velocidad interfieran con las se\u00f1ales de bajo nivel;<\/li>\n<li>La frecuencia de los cables de comunicaci\u00f3n entre PLC es relativamente alta. Por lo general, deben seleccionarse los cables suministrados por el fabricante. Si los requisitos son bajos, pueden utilizarse cables de par trenzado apantallados;<\/li>\n<li>Las l\u00edneas de se\u00f1al anal\u00f3gica y las l\u00edneas de se\u00f1al de CC no pueden enrutarse en la misma ranura que las l\u00edneas de se\u00f1al de CA;<\/li>\n<li>Los cables apantallados que entran y salen del armario el\u00e9ctrico deben estar conectados a tierra, y deben conectarse directamente al equipo sin terminales de conexi\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>La se\u00f1al de CA, la se\u00f1al de CC y la se\u00f1al anal\u00f3gica no pueden compartir un mismo cable, y el cable de alimentaci\u00f3n debe tenderse separado del cable de se\u00f1al.<\/li>\n<li>Durante el mantenimiento in situ, los m\u00e9todos para solucionar las interferencias incluyen: utilizar cables apantallados para las l\u00edneas perturbadas y volver a tenderlos; a\u00f1adir c\u00f3digos de filtrado antiinterferencias en el programa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_2_3 2_3 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:66.666666666667%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:2.88%;--awb-width-medium:66.666666666667%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:3.84%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:2.88%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-block\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-margin-left:5%;\"><h4>3. Eliminar la capacitancia entre cables<\/h4>\n<p>Aunque se trate de un cable cualificado, cuando la longitud del cable supere cierta longitud, el valor de capacitancia entre cada l\u00ednea superar\u00e1 el valor requerido. Cuando este cable se utiliza para la entrada del PLC, la capacitancia entre las l\u00edneas puede causar un mal funcionamiento del PLC. Si el punto de entrada del PLC no est\u00e1 causado por una fuerte intrusi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, dif\u00edcilmente se da\u00f1ar\u00e1. El punto normalmente abierto del rel\u00e9 de salida del PLC, si la carga perif\u00e9rica no est\u00e1 cortocircuitada o el dise\u00f1o no es razonable, la corriente de carga supera el rango nominal, y la vida \u00fatil del contacto tambi\u00e9n es muy larga.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, cuando busquemos puntos de fallo el\u00e9ctrico, debemos centrarnos en los componentes el\u00e9ctricos perif\u00e9ricos del PLC. No sospeche siempre que hay un problema con el hardware o el programa del PLC.
